Register with Forum before you register here(button next to "Login") then click on this, then "Recruit Registration"(Inside) (if your a foreign Diplomat/rep go to Foreign Affairs)
Update:The security code is not really important anymore...jus register here &/or just register with the forum and put your user name as your ruler name and location as your nation name(CNTE nation) and change affiliation to Unition, (and ill do the rest)
and you'll be an official Unition Recruit and granted access the sections of the forum/HQ...that your cleared for(if u want to be in a different department/postion just apply)
